Cancellation Policy
If you want to make a booking with less than two days notice, please phone us first to ensure that we can get the studio ready for your session. Cancellation with 14 days notice - we will issue you with a credit note that can be used for your next booking or a refund on your payment. Cancellation with less more than 7 days notice, we will issue a credit note which can be used for your next booking. You can reschedule your booking online if you have an account and if it is done with more than 3 days notice of your booking (72 hours from start of your booking) Cancellations within less than 3 days notice are unlikely to be given any refund unless the space can be re-booked to someone else.
